TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN ORDERING.

  • Nail measurements are done at own risk. A nail correction fee of R30 per nail will charged to correct the size. There is a sizing kit available to buy. Sizing instructions are provided on the site to follow carefully.
  • Once the client approves the set that was chosen after a clear picture was sent to see the shape and length no discussion will be taken place if client is not happy with shape or length etc.
  • Colours that are available will be used, but if a client has a certain colour she likes we will try to get it close as possible.
  • Unfortunately no set that was delivered will be replaced by a new set if the client approved all the specification (length, colour, shape) that was discussed before and during the production.
  • Only once the payment reflects on Dia’s Goods bank statement will the delivery be confirmed.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

  • These terms and conditions will refer as an agreement made between you and Dia’s Goods, regarding your access to and the use of the website.
  • We have the right to at any time make changes to the terms and conditions without any notices.

PRODUCT OR SERVICE

  • Our products are available online through the website.
  • With some products there are limited quantities.
  • We try to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible, but can’t guarantee that your computer, etc will display the colour correctly.
  • We have the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Electrical products are tested before sending to client and no broken products will be sent.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds
  • No returns on the following: Custom products, intimate items ( includes a few things for health/hygiene reasons).
  • No cancellations accepted.
  • Exchange of product will only happen if we send you a wrong item that was not your order.
